If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, exchanges or refunds are simple. Submit a request to our email address, and we’ll do our best to assist.
- Purchases can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all labels intact. Returns not meeting these criteria won’t be accepted.
- You’ll only be charged once for shipping costs, including returns. No restocking fees apply.
Send returns to our return center. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a week.

Order Cancellation
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipping will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
- We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.
